There’s not a lot of things in common between a company that specializes in training and a film making group like Blue Coffee but we’d like to think we found one connection with Grace Hill. As you’ll see in the video below, customer service is what sets Grace Hill apart from its competitors and it’s what we’d like to think helps set us apart as well.
Grace Hill probably isn’t a company you’ve seen advertise before. Their approach to advertising is a simple one. They do really, really good work and provide a high level of service and people will in turn recommend them through word or mouth. In talking to a lot of their clients they mentioned how they view them as friends and family and not like a voice from a corporate office. When we talked to their clients you could sense how happy they are with their service and how at ease they are with each other. That same level of comfort is something we strive for as a commercial video company.
Our job with Grace Hill was to capture the level of customer service that sets them apart as well as create a promotional video for their 2015 conference for “Teach on the Beach” in Boca Raton, Fla. And let’s be honest, there’s worse places for a Kansas City-based video company to head off to in October than Boca.
(Side note, even though we were in Florida, it’s fair to say our mind was focused on KC and our Royals. They clinched their spot in the World Series for the first time since 1985. Note the joy on our faces.)
